- Pottery and Fragile Items: We take extra care in packaging our pottery and delicate decor items. Each item is carefully bubble-wrapped and packed in secure boxes to prevent breakage during transit.

6. Packaging for Pottery & Fragile Items
- We take great care in packaging our pottery and decor to ensure they arrive in perfect condition. All fragile items are bubble-wrapped and secured with protective materials to prevent damage during shipping.
7. Damaged or Lost Items
- We hope your items arrive safely! However, if your order arrives damaged or is lost in transit, please contact us within 3 days of receiving your order. We will investigate the issue and arrange for a replacement or refund as appropriate.
- To expedite the process, please provide a photo of the damaged item and packaging.
