Returns & Exchanges

At Pottery & Decor, we want you to love your purchase. If for any reason you're not completely satisfied with your order, we're here to help. Below are the details of our returns and exchanges policy:

1. Return Eligibility

  • Timeframe: You can request a return or exchange within 3 days from the date of delivery.
  • Condition: To be eligible for a return or exchange, your item must be unused, in the same condition as when you received it, and in the original packaging.
  • Non-returnable Items: Certain items, such as [customized, personalized, or sale items], are non-returnable. Please check the product description for more information.

2. How to Return or Exchange

  • To initiate a return or exchange, please contact us at potteryndecor@gmail.com
     with your order number and the item(s) you wish to return or exchange.
  • We will provide you with a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number and return instructions.
  • All returns must include the RMA number, and you are responsible for the cost of return shipping, unless the item was defective or damaged.

3. Refunds

  • Refund Processing: Once we receive your returned item, we will inspect it and notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. Refunds will be processed to your original payment method.
  • Partial Refunds: In certain cases (e.g., damaged items that are not defective or items returned with signs of use), we may offer a partial refund based on the condition of the returned product.
  • Refunds will typically be processed within 3-7 business days after we approve the return.

4. Exchanges

  • If you wish to exchange an item for a different size, color, or style, please contact us as soon as possible.
  • We will provide instructions for the exchange process. Items for exchange must be returned in their original condition, and the customer is responsible for shipping costs for the new item.

5. Damaged or Defective Items

  • If you received a damaged or defective item, please contact us within 3 days of receiving your order.
  • We will arrange for a replacement or a full refund, depending on the situation. Please provide a photo of the damaged or defective item when contacting us.
  • If the item is deemed to be defective, we will cover the cost of return shipping.

6. Late or Missing Refunds

  • If you haven’t received a refund yet, first check your bank account or credit card company—there may be some processing time before a refund is posted.

7. Sale Items

  • Only regular-priced items may be refunded. Unfortunately, sale items are not eligible for a refund or exchange.
